Southern Belle is an authentic log cabin located on our newest development named the "Summit". * The chalet is approximately 3 miles from the Red River Gorge and the Natural Bridge State Park Resort. This cabin is accessed by gravel road. Front wheel drive is recommended.

This cabin was incredible. Very private, at the end of a gravel drive, only two other cabins within a few hundred yards (couldn't see them from the cabin). Would recommend AWD for this listing. Last 0.25 mile to the cabin was a bit steep, our Honda CR-V handled it pretty well. Cabin was beautiful on the inside and the hot tub was great to have after a day of hiking. Would definitely recommend! Within a 10 minute drive from a few restaurants and gas stations, great to stock up. Loved seeing all the stars at night. 10/10!

Everything was as promised, and Robert and the staff were friendly and easy to communicate with. There is noise from the highway, but it wasn't distracting for us. We had a great time!

Loved the stay! Hot tub was so nice after Hiking all day. It was quite and relaxing. Cabin was clean and cozy. Not much space in the driveway, the pictures made it seem more roomy but you're still able to maneuver around. Definitely not a drive way you want to take in a vehicle that's Low to the ground either. Was a wonderful stay! Definitely would come again.

Great cabin. Clean. ‘Beds are comfortable. Road’ is interesting & steep, but had no issues in dry weather in fwd 2018 Accord loaded with gear or in really wet conditions in awd Ford Explorer. Yeah, you can see and hear the Parkway a bit, but not terribly and it doesn’t interfere with the experience. Hot tub was relaxing after a long hike. Sunset from the hot tub on the deck was amazing!

Great cabin. Super clean and just the right size for us. Not secluded however. A view of the parkway awaits as well as the constant drum of it. And the hot tub was off and frigid upon arrival. Oh, and the key setup is needlessly confusing and the inability to leave the front door unlocked poses a significant risk.

The cabin was exactly what's I expected for a mountain cabin.The surrounding area was very pleasant. The water falls and rock formations was fabulous.The incredibleview from the up stairs bathroom was my favorite. Family enjoyed the holiday an experience we will never forget.

Great little cabin! It was perfect for what we needed it for.
Only minor concerns to consider are that it's close to the highway and a little hard to get up to with the steep gravel roads.

Nice little cabin in the woods that is pretty private. Kids loved hot tub. Water pressure is not existent upstairs. Cleanliness is pretty good but could be better. The driveway to get there is the biggest complaint. It’s near impossible to get to without four wheel drive. You will be very disappointed if you have to walk up the ENORMOUS hill. I wouldn’t try it without 4 x4. I had to pull my wife’s Ford Fusion up the hill with my truck. The rocks were not packed enough for her car to make it.

Great views, sitting really high in the mountain. You do hear some of the Highway noise but it wasn’t loud or a bother to us. The sky viewing at night was spectacular and this cabin is the last one on the road (you’re at a dead end), so very private. We enjoyed the hot tub every night, even took advantage when it rained.

We went in early March and it rained the majority of time we were there. I am VERY happy that we took an AWD suv (Tahoe) and made it to our cabin without an issue. Be prepared to drive up steep gravel paths to access this place.

This cabin was great. It had everything you needed, and the hot tub was a huge plus. Everything was well maintained especially for a building out in the woods. It was out far enough to where we felt like we got away but close enough to activities and stores if you needed anything. Can’t wait to bookmark this so we can come back again soon!

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations may be made down to 14 days prior to arrival. 10% of the total reservation will be charged for any cancellations. Date changes can be made 10 days or more prior to arrival for a $15 fee. Some changes can be made on a shorter notice, but are not guaranteed. Travel Insurance is available through a third party to help protect you if you cancel inside of 14 days. Options for that insurance are provided on the next page. 5 Star Cabin Rentals is not associated in any way with the third party that offers this insurance and receives no commission if you opt in.

Deposit Policy
The day that you call and make your reservation is the day that you will be charged in full for your cabin rental. The person that the reservation name is under must be the one to actually “check-in” for your keys and to sign paperwork. This person must also provide a valid credit/debit card and I.D. upon check-in. The credit/debit card will be kept on file until after departure to cover any incidentals or damages during your stay. If guest does not provide credit/debit card at check in, we will require a cash damage deposit of no less than $300.00. It is fully refundable provided there is not damage to the property.  Deposits may take up to 7 days to be refunded after the cabin has been inspected after your departure.
