Hideaway on the Lake

It was like a treasure hunt using the defections to the cabin. I liked that it had a gate as well. The place was quiet and relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay.

This is a great place in a great location. Central to all of the climbing in the southern region of the RRG and on a quiet little pond just off route 11. The cabin had the amenities that we needed and soaking in the hot tub was a nice way to end each day.

Great place tucked away in a private and gated development. It was just the 2 of us but could have easily accommodated another couple. WiFi and TV worked good, great AC and hot water. Lovely covered deck with hot tub for relaxing after a busy day at Natural Bridge and RRG. Yes, drive is impressively steep and the 4WD came in handy. Would definitely recommend!

Great place to stay. Screened-in porch is beautiful at night and cool during the day. Will stay here again.

Make sure to bring extra towels, paper towels and garbage bags. Hand soap by the sinks is also not provided. There are basic things here like a blender, coffee pot, crockpot and few dishes. The drive is steep, so be prepared. We were here in late December and it was very quiet. Perfect for unwinding.

This was a great little cabin. Very pretty view of a small lake and in close proximity to RRG, Natural Bridge SP, great places to eat and other activities. Check in was super easy. Loved being able to take our dog along. Kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast.

Great clean spot tucked away. Make sure to get the address to the rental place via messenger to get keys, that part was a bit confusing with the address on the app being the pinpointed to the lake

Beautiful cabin , beautiful quiet lake.

We loved this cabin! It was cozy, and there was no close neighbors so the nights in the hot tub was very peaceful. The down stairs king bed was amazingly comfortable, we slept like babies. The showers were kind of small, if you are taller than my husband who is 5’9 then you would need to bend down to wash your hair. The drive way was very steep and awkward. If you drive an standard/manual vehicle then you would probably prefer parking at the bottom and walking up. The car port is level but it’s very small. Thankfully, our Jeep Cherokee was small enough to fit under the car port (barely). I would definitely stay again, but that’s just heads up for anyone who would mind driveway and walk.

Great location with everything you need for a trip to Red River Gorge. I liked how it was part of a private community so there wasn't any road noise.

Beautiful cabin in beautiful location. Hot tub on covered balcony/porch that had a beautiful view and the trees provided nice privacy from other cabins. Lake was nice to walk around. The outdoor activities near by were fantastic. We did crystal clear cave kayaking at the gorge underground as well as the zip lining that is down the road from the cabin. Both were awesome experiences. Highly recommend and will return.

Great spot for a couple's getaway or small group weekend. The cabin was very clean, we never needed maintenance or to contact the rental office. The living room furniture is comfortable and great for relaxing. The hot tub was perfect for wrapping up a long day of hiking. We used it every day of our stay. If you plan on doing any cooking I would recommend bringing whatever you think you may need. The appliances are great but there isn't a lot of cookware. I would also recommend driving a car with high ground clearance, if possible. My Honda Civic didn't fare too well against the natural bumps that had formed in the gravel drive leading up to the cabin (very small section of the total drive). The weekend was amazing all thanks to this great cabin, it's amenities and location. Thanks for the opportunity!

This is the perfect cabin getaway at RRG. The cabin is stocked with everything that you may need on your trip. The cabin has a wonderful lake view from the balcony and has its own private dock to fish from. Highly recommended!
